Our Values
Before launching OrangeLine, Rob built a 25-year track record in senior executive and consulting roles helping big, complex organizations get unstuck — the ones with disjointed systems, bad data, and too many silos. A straight shooter with a practical mindset, he knows how to cut through noise, earn trust, and move teams into action.
Rob served as Global Head of Business Transformation at Magna International, driving enterprise modernization across 350 + facilities worldwide for the $42 B automotive leader. His work standardized operations, unified global data, and transformed how the company operates across engineering, finance, HR, IT, supply chain, and manufacturing — creating a stronger, more connected enterprise.
He previously held executive roles including Global Vice President of Cloud Strategy & Transformation at Oracle, Vice President of Digital Strategy & Transformation at Cognizant, and Vice President of Software and Professional Services at Ciena. Earlier in his career, he led customer operations at Comcast and held senior consulting roles at PRTM (now PwC) and Cisco Systems, advising Fortune 500 clients and government leaders on strategy, technology, and transformation.
Rob holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
Originally from South Philadelphia and the product of a working-class family, Rob brings a no-nonsense approach to leadership — direct, pragmatic, and grounded in accountability. He believes transformation should be measured by progress, not PowerPoints — and that results are built, not talked about.

Our Founder
Our Story
OrangeLine Advisory was founded on a simple belief — real transformation doesn’t come from slide decks or buzzwords. It comes from experience, execution, and the grit to see things through.
We started OrangeLine because too many consultants promise change they’ve never delivered. They talk in frameworks and jargon, but they’ve never been in the trenches — never had to unify messy systems, fix broken processes, or get people to move in the same direction.
We’ve lived it. We’ve led it. And we know what it takes to make change stick in the real world — where politics, silos, and bad data don’t disappear just because someone said “strategy.”
Our approach blends structure with flexibility, clarity with action. We keep things practical, human, and focused on what actually works. We don’t overcomplicate. We don’t chase buzzwords. We build progress that lasts.
Born in Philadelphia, built on results, and driven by execution — OrangeLine exists for leaders who are done with talk and ready to move.
